Hi everyone

Sorry if this has been asked before - i tried to look but couldn't find it so here goes.

I am seeking to use excel to take data from a column (say C) on Sheet A and transpose it to column E on sheet B but only if the names match. I am attaching an example.
On Sheet A I have put in 4 people - A and B has their first and last names and Sheet B I have put the same names and additional names. I want the data in column C in Sheet A to transfer to Sheet B against the same people's names in Column E. Where the name doesn't match - the column E should be empty.
As people can have same first or last name, need the formula to check both first and second name columns before confirming a positive match and transferring data to sheet B against the same people's name in the corresponding column
