Dynamic Chart with Auto resize

Hello All,

I am trying create a Chart based on Dynamic ranges which never go beyond Col N. Concern is the chart doesnt resize based on the data, also I dont want chat to show the future weeks as well.

Would this be possible. Attached is the sample file.
