Moving data in a large fundraising data set

I'm working with a large fundraising data set and I'm looking to divide the data into several groups (successful donations/failed donations, one-time/monthly, etc.). I have all of the data in Sheet1, the first thing I need to do is move all successful donations onto Sheet2. K2 is either "successful" or "reject". If a donation is successful I want to copy all of the data from the row to Sheet2 so that I can add up total donations, number of donors, etc.

Is there a way to move all of that data without filtering the data and copying and pasting? I want to set up a template so that each month all we have to do is input our large data set and our basic measurements will be pulled out.

Attach a sample workbook.

Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
