    Count trigger as timer?

    anyone know how to trigger a label in a row after a special time range?

    explained more clearly in sheet

    Assuming timer value is minutes, try this at A5:

    =B3+C1/1440

    Another way array entered in B1 and filled down. If you aren’t familiar with array-entered formulas array enter means the formula must be committed from edit mode by simultaneously pressing and holding down Ctrl and Shift while hitting Enter.
