I have the filter on the dash board, but there is no filter that comes up in functions? is my excel too old?

Despite what it says on the web page for the FILTER function, I am reliably told that it is not available in 2019.

To confirm. There is an error on Microsoft's own www. FILTER is NOT available in Excel 2019. It never will be...
