Print Only two pages and ristrict to print more then two pages

Hello Team,

I am using software for printing the report.

I made a report in the excel and software is printing this report without opening the file.

Issue:
Once software sends the command for print, it prints other pages of the sheet as well.
I want to print only print area page which is only two pages.
However, I am getting 18 pages each time when software sends the command to print the report.

Troubleshooting:
When I print the report from the excel sheet, it prints only the pages which are selected in the print area(2 pages).


Please, could it possible for me to only print two pages from the excel sheet and not able to even print more than two pages.
Please advise me on this.

So, let me get this straight... You are using 3rd party software to print Excel file without opening it?

If so, your best bet is to ask the software vendor or their support community.

Alternately, you can just export out desired pages only into separate workbook and print that.
