conditional formating when characters are more 32 , highlight specified range

I have a range of data from column A to AO.

Row1 represents are data headers.

At column N, I apply subtotal for each category ,but I need to know after applying subtotals which subtotals are more than 32 characters.

formula to apply to conditional formatting at column N where subtotals are more than 32 characters, then highlight requested row from A to AO .

that is if at row 32 the subtotal is more than 32 characters then at row 32 from column A to AO apply a yellow background and so on where there are more 32 characters
