Need help in my Calender. Unable to insert rows and columns for adding additional text

Dear Team Members,

Need help in my calender as i am unable to add rows and columns as it requires just the month column and the calender automatically loads up. But i wanted it as an organiser where i can add additional text in the column and rows. When i add a column it skiping the date and going on to the next date.
