Need Help_Formula of conditional formatting of few columns linked (diffferent spec)

Thanks for help me before that my problem solved, and now i am stuck with conditional formatting.

i'm having table for measurement result of product based on its size. Each size has different minimum spec.
I want to simply coloring it as below :
    within spec = "green"
    out spec = "red"

thanks for help again from this forum. I find very helpful on my tasks.

I am really not sure what you are trying to do, but get rid of the rules you have set up, then select C2 and open the CF dialog. Create this formula rule:

    =C2< VLOOKUP(B2,E$3:F$13,2,1)

    and apply it to:

    $C:$C

save and exit. Does this do what you want?

I find it hard to understand what you want with no maximum values defined.

Rules should be of this form ... remove $ from row reference

    =AND($B2<=5,$C2>=13)

it is not working yet,. i have made more clear table in my file attached.

all my measurement result is in 1 column for all size (13 sizes) but each size has different spec (on the table in excel, then i have to make easy visual to see which is out of spec (red color) and which is meet the spec (green color).
#it is the standard that there's no maximum requirement for all size.

    thanks for your help

Set the font in column C to Green (as default colour) and use this in CF (formula provided in #2 by Ali)

    =C3< VLOOKUP(B3,$E$4:$F$16,2,0)

REMOVE merged cells from table in E4:F16
