Mastersheet Help?

I'll try to explain this the best I can as I haven't came across a website with a solution yet. I'm exceptionally well taught on a computer with a lot of things but one thing I never spent much time is Excel, funnily enough that being the only thing I really use now. Anyway, I manage a Database with around 150 - 200 vehicles on and I think without checking there is around 25 sheets (Each sheet is a brand of car, Ford, Vauxhall etc). However when a new vehicle comes in I have to go to the individual brand page and enter the details of that car cell by cell, is there anyway I can make a Master sheet at the start so say for example if I went to the master sheet and entered: "Ford Focus 2005 1849cc Petrol 5 Door Silver" it will automatically enter that into the Ford page on the first free Row.
