Standard Deviation

Hi,

I have a set of values (Monday to Sunday daily percentages of Sales) and I am trying to determine the closest segment these values match to. There are three different segments and have the daily percentages of sales for those segments within the same time period. I have calculated the standard deviation but I don't know if that is the correct method, since I am comparing the Standard Deviation of all the different segments. I have attached the spreadsheet and the info is under sheet 11.
