creating Linked cells from current workbook Dynamically with multiple cell values

That's not approved.
Unfortunately I have to work within the constraints of the approved application, No Downloaded files PERIOD..

If the app was approved I could have it installed, but I checked the List of approved apps and it's not there..

I will have to build the formula manually and drag down to populate the cells.
