Highlight dates which are X working days late

Hi, I need a formula for format conditioning which will highlight the Appointment date cells (Column C): if it is Location South (Column A),if there are no appointment dates (Column C), and if the Contact date (Column B) is 7 WORKING days late. ALL 3 of these conditions must apply otherwise I want no highlighting.
    LOCATION CONTACT DATE APPOINTMENT DATE
    North 08/07/17
    North 01/07/17 03/07/17
    South 01/08/17
    North 07/07/17 29/07/17
    South 26/07/17
    South 02/07/17 29/07/17
    South 01/07/17

For some reason, I can't seem to attach anything on this reply. Even tried starting a new thread but am getting the same problem. Would appreciate if anyone could just use the table in my post and type the formula required in their reply. Thanks in advance.

    Don't!!!!

Unfortunately the attachment icon doesn't work at the moment. So, to attach an Excel file you have to do the following: Just before posting, scroll down to Go Advanced and then scroll down to Manage Attachments. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.

    Hi Glenn,
I opened the Go Advanced window as you mentioned, then Manage Attachments.
I located my spreadsheet using the browse button and then uploaded the file.
There wasn't any other instructions on that screen so I closed the window.
Unfortunately, I can't seem to attach that anywhere to this thread. When I return to the manage attachments page, my uploaded file is still there but apart from closing the window, there isn't any other options.
    Please advise.

Choose it. Upload it. After a second or two the file moves from the choose box to the area just above the words attachment key. Close the window and then post.
