Problem displaying text from selected cells into a row with partial matching data

Hi

Firstly, I will start with an apology for not being able to title this thread with a more specific subject as I am having trouble explaining what I am trying to achieve.

Essentially, I have a worksheet that contains 2 columns; Product Code column (Column A) and Configuration Rule Message column (Column B).

Within Column A, I have a product code (PART001) and a number (1) as a reference point and need to match the number within this cell with a reference table that produces the text within the reference table.

The attached sample should hopefully give a better understanding of what I am actually talking about above.

I am trying to produce the text within cells A11 thru A13 into Column B where the number after the Product Code references the Configuration Rule.

I appreciate any help you guys can offer as this has had me stumped for the last couple of hours.
