    Returning a Value from a different worksheet - It's been a long day

    I have attached an example workbook with 2 examples.

    This is how it is intended to work.

    If one of the cells in worksheet 'Example' (example 2 for this instance) within an area - for example F5 - is marked with 'N' then on the other sheet 'Front Page UnderCon example 2' that regarding area (area 1 in this example) should be marked as 'Y'.
    However, if there is no 'N' stated in the 'example 2' sheet then the flag status (Front page sheet) should be 'N'
