IF or Any funtion to calculate number of woking hour from XX:XX - XX:XX

Dear All Senpai,

am playing IF function for calculate number of hour for staff who work during 21:59 - 5:59 (next day) but in time sheet record there are some register before and after, so could your help me what function I should apply for this scenario ?
