I'm stumped on this issue and hoping someone can help. I have a large file of unique IDs with a number of columns populated with either "Y" or blank. For each instance where a column is "Y", I need to populate the unique ID and the corresponding column header in it's own row on another sheet.

For example, I have a table of unique IDs and a few columns representing a type of fruit. For each instance where the column is "Y", I need to populate the unique ID and the column header (type of fruit) row, by row. A few screenshots are below for my example. Can anyone assist? Thanks!
