We need a lot more information than you have supplied.
Attach a sample workbook (not image).
Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.
Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
Thank you Mr. John for your response. Attached the worksheet that i need to fill in.
What are the criteria for EOS gratuity entitlement?
Please explain the criteria and add sample results to your file.
Every employee who completes the 5 years in one service is eligible for the gratuity under law.
The gratuity calculation is : Basic Salary x No. of years service x 15 / 26
For examble:
A person worked for 6 years and his basic 10000/- then the gratuity amount comes to Rs.10000/- x 8 x 15 / 26 = Rs.46,153.85/-
15 is meant for half month salary
26 is meant for month days (after leaving w/offs)
