Good Day to All
Attached excel sheet is a format where I am requesting your contribution for getting a formula for EOSB (Gratuity ) calculation.
I need to get formula on E24 by looking at two cell I20 which can have a values either "RESIGNATION" OR "TERMINATION" and I21 which can be either "LIMITED" OR "UNLIMITED" .
Depending on these two criteria, the value of gratuity should be results as explain right side of same sheet.
Kindly assist with your valuable help
