Easy one for the educated
How does 6% get to 6.38% on the attached, I don't know what 1-SUM does to the calculation.
Can someone explain it in a really dumb way how one figure gets to the other.

Sum(b3:b4) = 6%
1 = 100%
1-sum(b3:b4) = 100% - 6% = 94%
b3 / sum(b3:b4) = 3% / 94% = 3.191%
3.191% + 3.191% = 6.38%
How old are you?
Not an insult, just curious as I thought most people would know this.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
1-SUM(...) means : 100%-SUM(...)
Percentage
