Help with creating a list dependent on a value and without blanks

Okay, so I've been stuck all morning at work trying to figure out something that seems simple but really isn't...

For some reason my computer won't let me upload an image so I'm just going to have to try explaining this.
Okay so the value it's dependent on is "Unique" or "Duplicate" which essentially tells you if the value has been used in the list prepared and if it has it will display it as "Duplicate".
So the unique value I have is called "Jet Ski" there are others but I won't complicate things.
I need the list to ignore the number "0" as I have done an indirect formula and the default value is 0...
So if the list looks like this

Jet Ski
0
0
Jet Ski
Apple
Jet Ski
0

The new list should look like this
Jet Ski
Apple

If it's too complicated we can keep 0 in there but I really need the list to display other values without spaces.
