Hmm yeah I noticed that to... Do you think the best way of working around this is to make a document table with a link in the excel spreadsheet so when I want to know requirements for workers I click on the link which takes me to a document with all the information that was in the drop down?

OR

A link to another excel document that has multiple work sheets related to the headings of that document?
