Thanks for getting back to me so promptly. The way I was doing it was hyperlinking it on a different work sheet then naming it. Going back to the main worksheet data validation to get the drop down as shown in photo. But it was linking the first hyper link I did to all of the drop downs. (very sorry very new to excel).
