Extracting Data from another Sheet
Hi Excel Experts,
Could anyone please help me with the attached sheet on how to pull data across columns and rows from a default sheet.
Here my default sheet is "Sheet 1". I need the data to be extracted in " Sheet 2 Answer" & " Sheet 3 Answer"

=IFERROR(INDEX('Sheet 1'!$B:$R,MATCH($A2,'Sheet 1'!$A:$A,0),MATCH(B$1,'Sheet 1'!$B$1:$R$1,0)),"")
Drag towards and down!!!

Thanks Shukla. It seems Index and Match function is so powerful. I was trying by using the formula Vlookup and Column. But I couldn't get the desired result. Thanks for the help.
