help on Formula to use new Key

Hello All, Greetings!

Requirement is to have an indicator in CELL AC3 of Data Tab as N/A, OK, NOT OK .

User must Pass all listed mandatory courses and must pass a combination of courses listed as Mandatory or Optional greater than the number listed in column S (Courses to be done) of 'Master' tab.

Any passed courses that are NOT mandatory and NOT listed as optional should be ignored.

I have a Formula in AC3 which at the moment checking 'current Track 'Column Y' of Data Tab as attached and finding corresponding Row in 'Master' Tab by using Column D. But column D does not have Unique list of entries. So it would not give me desired results. It has to use column E instead of Master Tab. this is the unique column with track name.

If it helps, In the Data Tab, I m V looking up in the Columns Z, AA,AB to find the Appropriate Row of ‘Master’ tab to find the corresponding row Number for START, SPEED and LAUNCH Phases of Trainee.

Would it be possible to assist me to amend the formula to give me desired results please?
