moving data from a reference sheet to another based on one cells entry.

I am looking to move data from one sheet to another based on a entry in a specific reference cell.

In the attached file what I need to do is when on sheet 1 i enter a name in cell C2
cells C4 will self populate to show the persons reference # and all the persons data will be placed in the data area below the headings in bold.
