Countifs matching

Hi,

I'm trying to find a formula that shows how many times a negative value in column M matches the number "8" in the G column as well as how many times a negative number in column M matches the number "9" in the G column.

The answers should be:
8 = 9 (P3)
9 = 5 (Q3)
