    Help with adding a value based on which cell is selected in a range

    We have a scorecard at work that tallies scores for vendor evaluations. I am trying to automate it so the scoring can be done automatically rather than manually. Rather than redo this very complicated sheet what I would like to do is have the value assigned based on which cell is not blank. Screen shot below, thanks
