SUM and Average of time consumption

Hi!

In the attached example sheet - which is supposed to be an ongoing sheet, i need the following formulas...

Yellow field: A formula to find the strings below within the week, that contains an amount of time until blank and then return the SUM of the time.

Red field: Search for all strings containing a SUM function in column C and divide them by the number of appearances, to give me an average time spent per week.

In the attached sheet, I wrote what the formulas are supposed to return.
