Hello
This is the bonus structure

deliveries Minimum Deliveries bonus
percentage of target within eta
0 – 79.99% n/a £0.00
80% + <69.99% £0.00
80% + 70% £0.25
90% + 75% £0.50
100% + 80% £1.00

If the drivers targets are below how can this formula be made

deliveries % eta rate Bonus
driver 1 93% 85% ?
driver 2 100% 77% ?
driver 3 95% 73% ?
driver 4 97% 73% ?
driver 5 82% 100% ?

It's not clear, at least to me exactly how this is meant to work.

Please upload an example workbook and manually add the results you expect. Tell us which are the result cells and which the original data and what rule you have applied to get the results from the data.

Here's a formula based on what you gave. Since you didn't give all of the bonus level possibilities, I just defaulted to the lower bonus level you had listed. If you get confused, you can use the Evaluate Formula option to see what's going on.
