If condition is true then either add or multiply or else keep zero

    Dear All,

Your kind assistance will be highly appreciated.

If B28>=1 then in true situation either it Multiply B3 and C28 and where B3 is empty then take C28*1% and if B28 is not equal or greater than 1 then keep ZERO or empty.

How should I write formula? Appreciate your assistance .
