    Formula to Calculate Tiered Pricing

    Hi. I am new to the forum.

    I am trying to figure out a formula that can calculate tiered pricing as follows:

    Item(s) Per Item Cost
    0-10 $0.00
    11-20 $0.25
    21 or more $0.50
