@sweep - I tried this one on my live data set;
Formula:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(FREQUENCY(MATCH(A2:INDEX(A:A,MATCH("zzzzz",A:A,1)),A2:INDEX(A:A,MATCH("zzzzz",A:A,1)),0),ROW(A2:INDEX(A:A,MATCH("zzzzz",A:A,1)))-ROW(A2)+1)>0))
And the sheet just hung while calculating (note - my live data, the emails are in column C but I did make all changes, to no avail).
OOI - what does the 'zzzzz' represent?
