Enter text to a notes column using data from specific fields

Hi,

I have a multi column sheet that I want to add a notes column which uses information from other fields. One note item will be a url, that takes the IP address from a column in the same row.


Notes is built from Host Name column and builds ulr with IP address.

Any ideas if this can be a simple one liner and not a load of VBA that seems to be the only suggestion.

This forum is perfectly capable of attaching spreadsheets.

Attach a sample spreadsheet with expected results, remove any sensitive data, create a mockup example if necessary.
Use the Go Advanced option at the bottom of the page then scroll down to Manage Attachments as the "paperclip" method does not work on this forum.
