I've tried googling this, but to no avail, so maybe you guys can help me out. I have a table of numbers + names, and I need to output a table of percentage differences between these numbers.

One output table needs to include which numbers have a difference of less than 10%, the other -- more than 30%. Each percentage needs to include which names were compared.
How do I do this?
How many names do you have? If it's a reasonable number then I suggest a matrix of names and values. List all the names and values in two columns vertically and two rows horizontally. Then at the intersection of each pair calculate the % and wrap it in an IF test to decide whether to show the % or a blank.
Are we talking combinations or permutations here? i.e. is Jen/Lou the same as Lou/Jen, or are you only comparing an earlier name with a following name?
Does the attached give you an idea?
