    Unhappy String of IF(And statements

    I am trying to create a template for something and my formula works fine - but I am wondering if there is a way to make the statement shorter

    I am trying to basically make a statement that says: =IF this number and this number equals this and this then the value is this
    Can anyone help with a possible formula?
