Angry Index and match, With a date Check ??

    Hello All

This way too complex for me,

In the MFG tab, Anything that has date below todays date, I require to Automatically display in the Priority shipping section

So like an index match but includes the date maybe?
    Any help is much appreciated

    Hi,

In order to perform an Advanced Data Filter to extract stuff from the MFG tab to row 57 on the MINI sheet you need to have column labels above the data on the MFG sheet.

But a more fundamental question. You only have 6 columns of data on the MFG sheet but the Priority shipping area has 8 columns.

Please explain the column mapping from one to the other and add the column labels to your MFG sheet then re-upload the file.

    Hello Richard

The 2 extra columns on priority shipping area are static data and will not change,

You're easiest way is to simply Autofilter the MFG sheet and in the column A drop down in A1 select Date Filters....Before and in the boxes accept the 'is before' option and enter 11/4/2017 in the big box. Then just copy and paste the filtered rows.

A Data Advanced filter is slightly more difficult but for this to work the column Labels in the MFG sheet must be EXACTLY the same as those in the MINI sheet row 57.
At the moment it's not clear which MFG column is the Customer Number.
In addition the Ship To has a - in the middle on the MFG sheet
The MINI sheet HUF Number is called Part Number
Description has a trailng space on the MINI sheet
Shipper is on the MINI sheet but Shippers on the MFG sheet

These need to be tidied up first.

Then it's not clear whether the existing Priority Shipping values on MINI should be retained or overwritten - and what about the block starting on row 69? Can these be overwritten if the extract required it.

Row 57 is now the same as the MFG tab

MFG doesn’t show a customer number; the customer number is only stated on MINI tab for Info,

I’ve hopefully tidied up trailing spaces and made the sheets more consistent between MFG and MINI

Priority Shipping Block; Rows A57 to A79 can be overwritten, If needed

    Hi,

    See attached.

I've added the Gate Doc and Storage Location as additional columns in the MFG sheet since if you want those automatically filtered they need to exist.
Enter the Date fr which you want prior records to be extracted in J2 on the MFG sheet.

Use the buttons on the MINI sheet to filter/clear
