Return a the latest Valeu (TEXT) entered based on a criteria

Hello everyone,

I have two sheets:
Sheet01, containing the contacts
Sheet02, containing the contact logs that I fill in as I am contacting those guys.

I need sheet 01 to show the latest Status entered on the sheet 02 as I get it updated by moving forward with the negotiattions.

Sheet 01
Name Company Latest Status
John D ABC [This is where the formula would bring the latest status entered on Contact Log Sheet]
Alex F Company
Jeffrey R. Society Corporation

Sheet02
Date Name Company Status
01/04/2013 John D ABC Cold
02/02/2017 Alex F Company Hot
01/01/2017 Jeffrey R. Society Corporation Lost
05/05/2017 Alex F Company Won

I had the example to attach, but the text editor here wont let me.
