    Counting number of cells containing a date less then a year ago

    Hi

    I am trying to figure out a formula to count the number of cells in a range containing a date that is less than a year from today.

    The dates are in cells AC9 to AC24.

    I know its probably simple but I just cant think. Any ideas?

    Try

    =COUNTIF(AC9:AC24,">=" &EDATE(TODAY(),-12))
