Help Count unique value

Hi All!

Ive been trying to find a solution for something that seems simple. Maybe you can help.

I want to find the amount of frequent App users in a database with of course duplicate names.

I've added 2 screenshots, 1 with the data sheet and 1 with the result. The result is divided in total and per month (month can be referred to row "J" wich contains month number)

Attached is also an excel file as example.

Please provide all expected outcomes in your small table on the second sheet so that we know what we are aiming for.

Dear Leukep

I tried a workaround using a pivot table. This pivot counts all Frontname/lastname comboes, and sees how many times they are present in the table, i put up some formulas to read it the way you showed.

please do give feedback on if this solution is sufficient.

Try putting actual dates of 3/1/2017, 4/1/2017 and 5/1/2017 in D3:F3.

Then this formula in D5:F6
