multiple if formula to solve invoice issues

Hi All

I recieved data from external interface,the issue is that the invoice number is removed . the invoice number should always be 7 digits except where the invoice starts with an alpahbet, then do nothing or if it 7 digits then do nothing


I am looking for a multiple if formula to solve this issue
