DCOUNT with Multiple Criteria

I'm in a data analysis course, and I've been working for hours on this workbook. The worksheet I'm having difficulty on is an employee satisfaction worksheet, and in one cell I need to get the count of directors with >=4 Satisfaction.

My table I'm working with is POSITION-SALARY-JOB SATISFACTION (columns C, D, E respectively). So it looks something like

Position Salary Job Satisfaction
Manager $35,000 3
Rep $23,000 4
Director $37,000 5


How would I construct a formula that counts the number of directors that have a satisfaction >=4?

I don't like to give help when it come to school work.
However, DCOUNT isn't what you need. Research how to use COUNTIF AND COUNTIFS.

For DCOUNT,note that the heading for criteria table should be exactly same as that in the database table.

Also here you can leave the field criteria blank and it will count all entries meeting the criteria mentioned.
