You mean something like this: =CONCATENATE(C3&CHAR(176),"x",D3," ",F3," ","(",I3," Kg/m) ",G3,"Lg") ?
I have tested, (Excel 2007) its work. Plz refer attach file.

What the Op wanted was Char(176) character as per Sandy's reply.
Oopps, confusion, as per attach file he says front of formula, i imaging as a text required, not mentioing as a symbol.
