Format Row Based on Priority

hi Experts,

Is it possible to achieve the following:

- Column B should have "EDCO" if the series of S/O Number in Column A has a letter "E" between the text
- Column D should be 2 days behind Column E
- Column G should be equal to Column D
- If Column H is "Y", the entire row should be green, should be red if "N", and should be yellow if "D"
- All rows colored in red should be sorted first on the upper part
