i know this is basic but i can't get it straight. can someone help me out with the following:

We have 6 cells (A1, B1,C1,D1,E1,F1)

IF C1 and D1 < 1 = A1*B1
IF C1 and D1 > 0 = E1*F1
IF C1 >0 and D1 is <0 =B1*E1
IF C1 <1 and D1 >0 =A1*F1
