Help on a target format formula for variable dates

Here it is. I am trying to create a formula to highlight selected cells according to the date values of cells in a different column. This is what I have so far.
cells I want formatted are selected =DATE(YEAR($M2:M139)+0, MONTH($M2:M139)-9, DAY($M2:M139)+0). I really dont know what else to put. The nature of the form is sensitive so I cant add to much more information. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Archer0855. Welcome to the forum.

Thank you for not posting sensitive information. Yes it happens.

However if you can mock up some desensitized data that reflects the layout, formatting and data types it is helpful. You typically get more and faster response as well.

Please do not rely upon screenshots or pics. They are usually of little help.

Re: Help on a target format formula for variable dates

Ive added an example of the form without the information. Formatting is pretty much all there. Like I said before I want the names cells to be formatted in a filled color to be within 180 and 90 days of the expiration date. I tried the formula from earlier and all I get is all names in red. Any help will be appreciated.

Type dates in C column to see how it works (dates between TODAY() and Expiration, 180 days or 90 days)
