COUNTIF returning 0

So I have a workbook with multiple sheets. Two of the sheets are completely identical in their layout of formulas. One tracks PHA's and the other tracks Dental. they both were working fine until yesterday. Now Dental COUNT and COUNTIF at the bottom only return 0. None of the code has changed. Any help would be appreciated as I cannot figure this out.
