Rugby Standings - I just want the standings table and not the entire page

Good morning,

I am creating a spreadsheet with an external connection that pulls in the standings for the Premiership Rugby standings at this location.

I created the external link from the Web in Excel 2010. However, I am getting the entire webpage and not just the table. It pulls in a bunch of data that I don't want. When I select the yellow arrow to select the table I want, it only lets me choose everything.

See attached to see what is pulling in. How do I get just the standings (A33-Q45) and not the entire webpage?
