I'm trying to use the SUMIF formula, to count the number of cells, that have a specific text, in them, in French (which is SOMME.IF).
No matter what I do it keeps returning a value of 0 cells.
However, when I include the third field, it does add up the values, from the correct cells.
Can some kind person, talk me through this, please?

Welcome to forum,
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Actually, I think I've made a big boo boo!
I've been using the French formula SOMME.IF in English SUMIF but I think I should've been using the French equivalent of COUNTIF and I don't know what that is in French...
