Sorry I try to clarify.

One single Item measures 0.00297 CBM.

So 1/0.00297 = 336.7 --> in a Cubic meter of space I can theoretically fit approx 337 items.

So:

(Qty)A1:337 (Volume,CBM)B1:1

I would like to raise and lower the quantity in A1 and have an automatic adjustment in B1.
